01 / Selected work
Find the ambiguity. Trace the rules. Test the evidence. Build something usable.
A structured analysis system for turning fragmented program rules and public data into defensible decisions for Texas nutrition programs.
Reproducible quantitative analysis of an ambiguous manuscript, with explicit methodology, bounded claims, and testable evidence.
A screening tool that converts location and program data into a clearer operational review surface.
A structured approach to preserving state, constraints, and decision continuity across long-running AI-assisted work.
Gameplay systems, puzzle generation, validation, accessibility, QA, and release planning for Ripplebound and Pugdoku.
02 / Experience
Reviewed roughly 1,000 legacy requests for reimbursement across grant systems and state ledgers. Traced missing vendors, duplicate records, negative payable amounts, inconsistent codes, and absent payment dates to the point where the discrepancy could be explained and corrected.
Advanced from case investigator to supervisor to epidemiology lead. Led more than 70 staff, supported over 220 schools and departments, built SQL-supported tracking workflows, and maintained quality controls for outbreak data and large-scale notifications.
Reviewed area-eligibility determinations across multiple systems, identified feeder-pattern and campus-matching issues, and challenged decisions when the available evidence did not support the claimed result.
03 / How I work
I follow the record to the source instead of trusting the first summary.
I make rules, assumptions, exceptions, and decision points visible.
I turn what we learned into a tracker, workflow, dashboard, QA rule, or repeatable process.
A system is not finished until someone else can understand and use it.
04 / Pixel Pulse consulting
I take on a limited number of focused projects where the problem is messy but the outcome can be clearly defined.
Rebuild spreadsheets, exports, trackers, and reporting files so the numbers can be trusted.
Create a focused view of the information someone actually needs to decide or act.
Convert scattered knowledge into a process with ownership, rules, checkpoints, and handoffs.
Design repeatable AI-supported work with boundaries, verification, and human accountability.
05 / Contact
For permanent roles, project conversations, or a difficult system that needs a sharper pair of eyes.
